ZillionBizz.com is a WordPress web development company offering services including, but not limited to:

•  Website design and development
• Website maintenance and support
• WordPress theme and plugin customization
• Digital branding services (as outlined on our homepage)
• Faceless YouTube video creating services (as outlined on our homepage)
• Graphic design services (as outlined on our homepage)

Client Responsibilities:

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for project completion.
• Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals during the development process.
• Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary licenses and permissions for content provided to ZillionBizz.com.
• Clients are responsible for content of their websites.

Project Timelines and Deliverables:

• Project timelines and deliverables will be outlined in a separate project agreement or proposal.
• ZillionBizz.com will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon timelines, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Deliverables will be provided as specified in the project agreement.

Payment Terms:

• Payment terms will be outlined in a separate project agreement or invoice.
• Payment is due according to the agreed-upon schedule.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.
• Zillionbizz retains ownership of all work until all payments are received.

Intellectual Property:

• Upon full payment, clients will typically own the website design and content created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
• ZillionBizz.com retains ownership of any proprietary code, themes, or plugins developed during the project.
• Training course materials are the sole property of Zillionbizz.

Website Maintenance and Support:

• Website maintenance and support services will be provided as outlined in a separate maintenance agreement.
• Support requests will be addressed within a reasonable timeframe.

Limitation of Liability:

• ZillionBizz.com will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.  
• Zillionbizz is not responsible for any website downtime.
• Zillionbizz is not responsible for any security breaches.

Termination:

• Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the agreement.
• ZillionBizz.com may terminate services for non-payment or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Governing Law:

• These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
